Many years ago my wife and I went to Belize. She wanted to go on a snorkeling tour, but I was too weak to come with, so I stayed on the boat. The old fisherman who took us out said I wouldn't see anything if I stayed with the boat, but the water in Belize is so clear that you don't need to be in it to see fish.
I eventually fell asleep, knowing they were flowing beneath me. This painting was done in Belize, one of the few not done in my apt.
